Small resort with a spa and family room
Located just minutes from the city center, The Sun Villa Resort and Spa is close to restaurants, shops and activities, making it easy to see and do a lot in a short amount of time. The resort is also very close to D-Mall, making it easy to pick up a bundle of souvenirs and trinkets for family and friends back home. It is also directly on the beach, great for those who plan on taking a beach walk each and every day of their stay.
Affordable nightly rates and a 3-star rating attract a variety of guests and even though there are only 18 rooms to choose from, there are 4 different room types, some smaller than others. There is even a Family Room, great for those who have young ones in tow. Though there are tons of restaurants a short walk away, there is also a restaurant on-site and room service is available so you won’t feel the need to look for a new restaurant each meal. Reviews are very good with guests loving the location. The thing to remember though is that this is a budget friendly hotel, meaning that rooms lack strong decor, though they are still friendly and comfortable.

What the reviews say
Being right next to the beach and local area attractions and activities, guests are very happy with the location. They also seem to be very pleased with the food offered at the restaurant, customer service from hotel staff and the massages offered at the spa. With that said there were some complaints about the lac of decor in both the spa and rooms, though it doesn’t seem to be a big enough flaw to deter any of them from future stays. Reviews suggest that the price fits the hotel, making for a friendly budget stay on the beach.
