Boutique couples resort with excellent views in a peaceful area
With 20 rooms and Gaudi-inspired architecture, the Boracay West Cove Resort is a unique boutique hotel near the northern tip of Boracay Island. It’s spread over a cliff side, so there is no beach immediately out front, but instead you get sensational sea views and private verandas for every room. The peaceful and gorgeous location is most popular with romantic couples rather than families, and many return every year.
The rooms are all large and modern, including frills like luxury bedding and toiletries. The resort also offers free transportation for arrivals and departures, so contact them in advance and be free of stress of finding it yourself. Boat Station 1 isn’t too far away, so there are many activity choices, though this is probably better for those who’ve primarily come to relax in the tropical breezes.

What the reviews say
Reviews for the Boracay West Cove Resort are generally very good, with many from guests who seem to return every couple of years. Nearly everyone praises the excellent views from all rooms, and it seems quite clear that this resort is best suited to couples rather than families because it’s quiet and not close to most activities.
The location up the side of a hill in a quiet area north of Boat Station 1 is ideal for many but not for those who want to check out the town every day. Many reviews also mention that most rooms involve climbing many stair cases, so it’s also not an ideal choice for those with mobility issues.
