Artista Beach Villa

Small hotel with great service on a peaceful beach

Arista Beach Villas

With only 9 guest rooms, Artista Beach Villa is one of the smallest beachfront hotels on Boracay Island, and this also allows them to provide excellent service and a family-like atmosphere for each visitor. It’s located on a serene section of Diniwid Beach near the north of the island, so there are no crowds or vendors to ruin the tropical beach atmosphere.

This is a simple resort with a lovely rooftop terrace restaurant and a beach, but not much else in the way of features. It’s within a reasonable walking distance to the action down in Boat Station 2 and the D’Mall pedestrian area, or a quicker ride in a tricycle, but in its own area there isn’t much going on aside from a fuller-service resort close by. Those looking for peace and relaxation on a beach without any fuss should like this one a lot.

What the reviews say

Reviews for the Artista Beach Villa are very positive, with nearly all of them sighting the secluded beach location as its best feature. Many of these guests seem to be refugees from the popular areas of White Beach to the south, where crowds and hawkers dominate. This peaceful stretch of Diniwid Beach is ideal for these people, and still a reasonable walk or a cheap taxi ride into the heart of things.

Guests say the rooms are nice enough and that the food in the rooftop restaurant is just fine. It’s the service and the family-like atmosphere for this 9-room hotel that also seems to set it apart. The room rates are on the high side for a 3-star hotel in Boracay, but this one has many fans and return guests so it could be a perfect choice for some people.
