The District Boracay

New and modern boutique 3-star with excellent service

Directly on the beach in a a pleasant part of Boat Station 2, the District Boracay is a new boutique resort that has quickly earned one of the best reputations on the island. The modern architecture stands out among aging resorts, so it’s one of the most stylish resorts on Boracay, even with only 3 stars.

It has 48 guest rooms that range from Deluxe to the Premier Suites, and each is loaded with upscale amenities in addition to having a private veranda. The service here is at least 4 stars, according to the many gushing guest reviews, so this should be a top choice among smaller beach resorts in the busy Boat Station 2 area.

What the reviews say

Reviews for The District Boracay are among the best for any resort on the island, in any star category. It only opened in June of 2012, and the early reviews are extremely positive, with some of the complaints revolving around how the staff may be trying too hard.

Generally the rooms and the location get major praise, and it seems to be a consistently good experience with virtually no ax-grinding reviews at all. One mentions that the fact the pool is visible to so many rooms is a negative, but also mentions that for families this is certainly a plus. In this price range, the District Boracay is a major stand-out.
